Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing timely feedback, content materials, and approvals. Delays in client response may affect project timelines. You represent that you have the right to use any content, images, or materials you provide to us.

Intellectual Property

Upon final payment, you will own the website design and content we create for you. We retain ownership of:

• General design concepts and frameworks
• Code libraries and reusable components
• Stock images and third-party assets

Revisions and Changes

Our websites include free updates for life after launch. Major scope changes or redesigns may require additional fees. We will always discuss any potential costs before making changes.

Hosting and Maintenance

Hosting and maintenance services are available for an additional monthly fee. These services include security monitoring, backups, updates, and technical support. Cancel hosting at any time with 30 days notice.

Limitation of Liability

ElevatedSites shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.

Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Upon termination, you will be billed for all work completed up to the termination date. Any deposit paid is non-refundable for work already performed.
